A fitness pet for iPhone
Your pet knows if you skipped.
Habitot is a virtual pet that only grows when you actually move. It reads your real workouts, sleep and steps from Apple Health, checks your meals and water with the camera, and gets stronger every time you show up.

You said leg day. I packed your bag. I'm by the door.

Verified workouts
Never dies
- Syncs with Apple Health
- No calorie counting
- Works without an Apple Watch
- Never dies, always a comeback
How it works
Raise it by living your day

Step 1: Hatch your egg
Connect Apple Health and choose your own goals for workouts, sleep and water. Habitot looks at your last 30 days, so your targets start where you are, not where an athlete is.

Step 2: Just live
Workouts, steps and sleep sync on their own. Snap your meals and drinks with the in-app camera. There's nothing to type and no checklist to tick.

Step 3: Watch it grow
Every verified workout makes your pet stronger and readier for the dojo. On Day 8 it evolves, and the way you trained decides what it becomes.
Nice try. Ceiling fans don't have a heart rate.

Accountability you can't fake
Every habit app trusts you. Habitot checks.
Checkboxes are easy to tick on a lazy day, and the people who most need accountability are the best at fooling themselves. Habitot only counts what really happened.

A workout needs a real heart rate
Your Apple Watch or iPhone has to record it, and your heart rate has to climb. A phone strapped to a ceiling fan earns nothing.

Only recorded activity builds strength
Workouts typed into the Health app by hand still help a little, but only sensor-recorded ones make your pet stronger.

Live camera, no camera roll
Meals and drinks are snapped in the app, right now, so last week's salad photo can't be reused.

No Watch? No problem
Steps and walks recorded by your iPhone count as verified. A Watch adds heart rate to more of your workouts.
The whole day counts
It eats when you eat. It sleeps when you sleep.
Your pet mirrors your real habits, so taking care of it means taking care of yourself.

Move
Strength sessions, runs, rides, sports, dance and everyday steps all feed your pet's training.

Eat
Snap a meal and get a 1–5 Fuel score with one friendly tip. Your pet always eats. It never punishes you for eating.

Drink
A quick three-photo check with your water keeps your pet hydrated and bouncy.

Sleep
Your real sleep from Apple Health decides whether your pet wakes up rested or groggy.

Breathe
Mindful minutes count, and two minutes of breathing or stretching tidies up your pet's mess.
Evolution
It evolves based on how you train.
Your pet spends its first week as a Baby. On Day 8 it grows into a Child, and from there its top stat picks the line it follows all the way to Adult.
Strength line
Strength training, functional fitness and climbing grow an armored powerhouse.
Stamina line
Runs, rides, swims and steady cardio grow a tireless long-winged glider.
Agility line
HIIT, sports, dance and a busy step count grow a quick fox-like trickster.

The dojo
Battle the bad habits, not yourself.
Your pet climbs a ladder of villains who feed on the habits we all slip into. Its battle power comes only from verified training, so every win is one you earned.

Couch Potato
Has been on the sofa since Tuesday. Wants you there too.

Soda Slime
Fizzy, sticky and full of empty promises.

Doom-Scroll Bat
Its glare can make your next attack miss. Feeds on screens after midnight.

Snooze Sloth
One yawn and your pet might doze off mid-battle.

Junk Food Gremlin
The final boss of the ladder. Bring your best Fuel.
You're back! I kept your spot warm.

Built for restarting
Never dies. Always a comeback.
Most fitness apps break the moment you miss a week. Habitot is made for people who have quit before and want to try again.

Your pet can't die
Disappear for a week and it goes to stay with a friend. A 3-day comeback quest brings it home with its stats intact.

Streak shields
Every 7-day streak earns a shield that absorbs a missed day, so one bad day doesn't erase a good month.

Rest days earn XP
Planned rest counts as training. Feeling unwell? A sick day pauses everything.

Your baseline, nobody else's
Effort is measured by your own heart-rate zones, so a beginner's brisk walk counts as much as an athlete's run.

Healthy by design
No calories, no weigh-ins and no body photos. Habitot pokes fun at bad habits, never at bodies.
Privacy
Your health data works for your pet, not for advertisers.
- We never sell your data or use your health data for advertising.
- Habitot only reads Apple Health. It never writes to it.
- Health data is reduced to summaries on your phone. Individual heart-rate readings never leave it.
- Meal and water photos are deleted right after scoring, unless you turn on a food diary.
- Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, any time.
Pricing
Hatch it free for 7 days.
Setting up is free. Your free trial starts the moment your egg hatches and covers your pet's whole Baby stage. After the trial, Habitot is a monthly subscription.
- The full game during your trial: battles, meal scoring and evolutions.
- Cancel in iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- The exact price for your country is shown in the app before you start.
Questions
Things people ask
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Steps and walks recorded by your iPhone count as verified activity. An Apple Watch adds heart rate to more of your workouts, which helps your pet train in more ways.
Can I keep using my other workout apps?
Yes. Habitot reads Apple Health, so workouts from any app that saves to Apple Health feed your pet. Keep your running or lifting app and let your pet tag along.
Can my pet die?
Never. If you're away for a week, it goes to stay with a friend. Finish a 3-day comeback quest and it comes home with its stats intact.
Does Habitot count calories?
No. Meals get a 1–5 Fuel score based on quality, like vegetables, protein and how processed the food is. You never see calorie numbers, and eating more is never penalized.
What happens to my meal photos?
Each photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to identify the food, then deleted right after scoring. If you turn on the food diary, your photos are kept so you can look back at them.
Is Habitot on Android?
Habitot is launching on iPhone first. An Android version that works with Health Connect is in development.
Is Habitot medical advice?
No. Habitot is a game, not a medical or fitness service. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine. If you're pregnant or need gentler exercise, turn on a gentle mode in the app so lighter sessions earn full credit.
Who can use Habitot?
Anyone aged 13 or older with an iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Habitot. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

Your egg is waiting.
Hatch it, feed it and take it to the gym. It'll know if you don't.
